We assure you a warranty of 2 years on the manufacturing defects. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will of course exchange the goods or refund your money.   

 

Unfortunately, we cannot give any exact information on this question. Each product is individual and depends entirely on the production process. But one thing is certain, we make every effort to ensure that our customers receive our jewellery as quickly as possible. If you have any further questions, please contact our team of experts. 

If you want to cancel the selected item, you can do it during 24 hours. It is not possible to edit the ordered product. Within 24 hours you can cancel the order and then reorder your desired item in the desired version. For a cancellation, please contact our team via e-mail with the request for cancellation and details of the order number at штащ”сргищмюву.  

 

Currently we are selling only online, our online shop offers our full range of products, if you would like personal advice you can call our hotline, we will be happy to advise you!  

 

For rings, necklaces and bracelets, we offer you a free size change within 60 days of receipt of your order. Unfortunately, other changes cannot be done.  

 

All items where the engraving option is enabled can be engraved free of charge.  

 

You add the products to the shopping basket in the usual way and when you click on the “Checkout” button, you have the opportunity to redeem the voucher code by clicking on the “Voucher” button. But please note that the voucher code can only be used once.   

 

Shipping is free for you.  

 

Once you have placed the order by us, you will receive an order confirmation from us. In the mail we will also send you a tracking number, with which you can follow up your order at any time.   

 

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return shipping costs, these must be borne by the customer.  

 

You can change your personal data in the customer account, if an order has already been placed, the data for this order cannot be changed later, if you have found an error in the data after the order, the order must be cancelled.  

 

All the options we offer per product can be personalised by you. After the order has been placed, however, the product can not be changed!

We can’ t exactly say as a general rule, because every bank works differently. But as a rule, the refund takes 4-5 working days after receipt and inspection of the item.
